I do not know how so many of my ship models have survived travel around the world, and moves between houses, although somewhere along the way my HMS Victory and a whole World War II fleet disappeared.

Anyway, here are some pages on my ships in bottles, a commissioned ship, some of the secrets and some of the challenges, a few larger ship models (not in bottles) and other things I have done in wood. Tasmania has many fine timbers, which are a delight to work with. Enjoy!

Some of the pictures and text from this site explaining how ship bottling is done were used with my permission at a 2006 exhibition of historical ships in bottles at the Newport Harbor Nautical Museum (USA).
